Founder and Chief Executive Officer
In a career spanning 20 years in the hospitality industry; Puneet has worked in various hotel and corporate level roles in Marketing, Revenue Management and Distribution. He has been responsible for implementation of several strategic projects; ranging from Performance Marketing, New Hotel and Restaurant openings, Sales Systems, Automated Revenue Management System, Revenue Management Education, Pricing Reforms and implementation of Distribution Platforms.
Puneet is also involved in various industry wide initiatives. He serves as the Asia Pacific Chair to the HSMAI Revenue Management Advisory Board and has successfully completed 2 terms as the Asia Pacific Chair on the Board of Directors of Hotel Electronic Distribution Networking Association (HEDNA). Puneet also served as a member of the Leading Hotels of the World International Rooms, Revenue Management and Distribution Advisory Board.
Puneet is passionate about education and training and has been external/visiting faculty of Revenue Management to leading business schools such as Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, SP Jain, Dubai and also involved with the Cornell NUS and SIT on projects and roundtables.
Puneet has personal investments in several successful Restaurant and Bar projects that have established themselves among the most successful brands and gives him a first hand insight as a quintessential entrepreneur.
Business Development Associate
Jonna is a highly motivated and innovative leader with extensive international business development, brand and account management experience in the hospitality, travel, and technology industries.
Jonna has 10+ years of strong track record of driving strategic growth and exceeding revenue targets, improving profit margins, and building brand awareness. She has demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic business relations, establishing brand presence and developing markets from scratch, and facilitating effective collaboration with clients, management and staff.
Jonna believes her greatest achievement is not only to meet her targets but more importantly, to build trust with her customers that has helped her forge and retain long lasting business relationships.
Marketing, Content and Events Associate
Teresa comes to Rev-Mantra with 10 years of experience in Events Management and Partnerships. Teresa has most recently specialised in Donor Acquisition for a large non-profit in Singapore, acting as a liaison for community partners or external organisations on outreach and fundraising initiatives.
She has been responsible for developing engagement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, steward and retain vital prospects. Teresa is a keen negotiator with exceptional communication, time management and networking abilities.
Trained in Research, Trend Analysis and Event Organisation, Teresa brings with her a diverse and rare blend of creativity, critical thinking and communication skills, allowing her to execute awareness and development of any brand she markets.
Teresa believes the key to any sustainable partnership is open and effective communication, always striving to understand her clients’ vital needs. She delivers personable touch and warmth to every professional encounter.
Digital Evangelist and Consulting Partner
With over 10 years of Tech platforms, Marketing and Business experience, Ksenia is uniquely positioned to help clients deliver tailored solutions for customer success.
She has a passion for digital marketing strategy and e-commerce online implementation and is adept at lifting organic visits, increasing efficiency & engagement through cross-channel campaigns.
Ksenia has gained cross border experience in the Russian Federation, Australia and Singapore and through her corporate tenure, successfully executed digital brand campaigns as well as outperform engagement goals, thereby increasing profit potential and brand targets.
She has led direct-to-consumer product launches and as a collaborative team player, been instrumental in driving go-to-market plans with different departments including Technology, Sales, 3rd party Agencies and Vendors.
Ksenia has a Masters Degree in International Business and enjoys staying on top of the ever changing trends in data analyses and digital marketing. She also holds certifications in Advanced Google Analytics, E-commerce Analytics, SEM, SEO, SAS Marketing Automation, CRM, Social Media Strategy, WordPress and CMS.
