Director Customer Success and Development
Sandra is a passionate, self-driven person with more than 20 years of experience in Hospitality Sales and holds leadership positions in numerous international hotel brands, including Millennium Hotels, Sheraton, Shangri-La and The St Regis.
In addition to her hotel sales expertise, Sandra was with TSA Solutions & Nor1 Technology for many years as Director of Business Development. With her extensive knowledge and experience, she has successfully supported many hotels in Southeast Asia in training and solutions to achieve their business goals.
Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to honing her skills in Sales and Business Development. She has also successfully helped the hotels in her region to be market leaders within the competitive sets. She is an active person, loves travelling and exploring new destinations.
Consulting Partner, Customer Experience and Revenue Optimisation
Tanya has worked with over 170 clients in the development and training of Upsell programs for Front Office and Reservation teams in the last 30 years. She has significant Global experience as a Performance Consultant, specialising in Customer Service Delivery, Sales and Marketing and the development of Revenue Streams, with major hotel chains across Europe, Asia Pacific & The Middle East.; generating in excess of US$53 million for a host of hotel clients.
Tanya in her free time also supports the Society of the visually impaired (SAVH) in developing courses for them to publish their own books. In 2019 she also started a community project with the Singapore Girl Guides in a dining etiquette class and also worked with them to support the Jane Goodall Institute.
Tanya holds a Degree in Hotel Management from The University of Buckingham UK and a Diploma in Hotel Management from Switzerland Hotel Consult. Retooling midway in her career with an INSEAD Course on Innovation in an Age of Disruption and an E-Cornell Revenue Management Certificate.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
In a career spanning 20 years in the hospitality industry; Puneet has worked in various hotel and corporate level roles in Marketing, Revenue Management and Distribution. He has been responsible for implementation of several strategic projects; ranging from Performance Marketing, New Hotel and Restaurant openings, Sales Systems, Automated Revenue Management System, Revenue Management Education, Pricing Reforms and implementation of Distribution Platforms.
Puneet is also involved in various industry wide initiatives. He serves as the Asia Pacific Chair to the HSMAI Revenue Management Advisory Board and has successfully completed 2 terms as the Asia Pacific Chair on the Board of Directors of Hotel Electronic Distribution Networking Association (HEDNA). Puneet also served as a member of the Leading Hotels of the World International Rooms, Revenue Management and Distribution Advisory Board.
Puneet is passionate about education and training and has been external/visiting faculty of Revenue Management to leading business schools such as Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, SP Jain, Dubai and also involved with the Cornell NUS and SIT on projects and roundtables.
Puneet has personal investments in several successful Restaurant and Bar projects that have established themselves among the most successful brands and gives him a first hand insight as a quintessential entrepreneur.
Consulting Director - Restaurant and Bar Optimisation
Andrew comes with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in various Restaurants and Bars across Asia. He is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Old Man Singapore, World's, and Asia's 50 Best Bars.
In the recent past, Andrew was the General Manager of Neon Pigeon, one of the most successful restaurants in Singapore that set the trend for several other new and upcoming restaurant projects in the city.
Andrew is a passionate advocate of a service style that begins with the customer's point of view. His past experience of working for companies like the Ritz Carlton and Shangri-la have deeply embedded the aspect of exceptional service style and customer journey.
Andrew is also involved in various industry-wide initiatives. He is the founding member and serves as the Treasurer to the recently formed Singapore Bar Association and for his years of contribution and mentorship was awarded the Hospitality Ambassador of The Year 2019 by Bar Awards Singapore.
Consulting Director - Digital Marketing and Analytics
Anurita is an analytically driven growth marketer with over 15 years of work experience in the travel industry across hospitality and travel tech companies in Singapore, Australia and the UK. She is an advocate of analytics and passionate about creating an insight-to-impact culture to enhance return on investment at every stage of a customer purchase funnel.
At Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts (Singapore), she was part of the core corporate team responsible for implementing various strategic projects ranging from Performance Marketing, New Hotel Openings, Sales Systems, Total Revenue Management Solutions and Distribution Platforms
At TravelClick, an Amadeus Company (Melbourne), she managed a multi-cultural portfolio of hotels chains and independent properties across the Asia Pacific to deliver strong revenue growth from digital channels.
Anurita has a natural aptitude for education and training. She is a qualified trainer skilled at designing and delivering workplace training. She has been involved with NUS and SIT roundtables and research projects.
